Ace Himalayan Ferro Alloys Private Limited is registered under Companies Act of Bhutan 2016 on 27th October 2022 and its office and manufacturing plant is located at Norbugang, under Samtse Dzongkhag in Bhutan. The plant has capacity to produce 26,400MT of 70-75 grade Ferrosilicon and 4,000MT of silica fume as a by-product per annum. The promoters of the company are highly experienced and successful business owners in Bhutan.

The company is using clean and renewable hydro electricity to produce the Ferrosilicon and the raw materials are sourced from a reputed suppliers within Bhutan, neighbouring states of India and carbonaceous raw materials from overseas.

With latest two units of 16.5 MVA Electric Submerged Arc Furnaces, ACE Himalayan has equipped with best quality plant and machineries to obtain high efficiency and optimal output. Our entire team comprises of well experienced national professionals having long experience for production of Ferro silicon within our country which is our driving force for innovative, consistent and better quality products.
