ACE Himalayan Ferro Alloys (P) Limited is registered under Companies Act of Bhutan 2016 on 27th October 2022 to manufacture high quality Ferrosilicon using clean and renewable hydro electricity.

The manufacturing plant is located at Norbugang Industrial Park under Samtse Dzongkhag in Bhutan, close to the huge deposit of quality quartzite. The plant has a production capacity of 26,400 metric tons of Ferrosilicon and around 4,000 metric tons of  densified silica fume as a by-product.

01.Advanced Technology

The company has installed state-of-the-art 16.5 MVA x 2 Submerged Electric Arc Furnace with turbo cooler Gas Cleaning Plant to ensure optimal efficiency and superior product quality in our manufacturing processes.
