Ace Himalayan Ferro Alloys (P) Limited is coming up 2 number of 16.5 MVA Submerged Arc Furnace for production of 70-75 grade of Ferro silicon product. The furnace is semi closed type with a rotation system, which shall be operated and controlled through PLC system to ensure optimum efficiency and maintaining consistent quality.
The plant will have annual production capacity of 26,400 metric ton of Ferro silicon and around 4,000 metric ton of silica fume as a by-product.
Size and Packing : As per customer requirement 40Kg bags or 1MT HDPE bags.
